  • Sending misleading or deceptive content
  • Engaging in illegal or abusive activity
  • Attempting to bypass consent or compliance controls

Required Practices

  • Obtain valid consent before messaging
  • Honor opt-out requests immediately
  • Comply with TCPA and carrier policies
  • Maintain accurate contact records

Enforcement

Violations may result in account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that create legal or compliance risk.
