Subscription Refunds
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime from your dashboard. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Trial Pass
The $5 Trial Pass is non-refundable as it covers real messaging costs. If there's a technical issue preventing testing, contact support.
Usage Charges
Usage-based charges (SMS, voice, storage) are non-refundable as they reflect actual resource consumption.
