The Service

Capture is a subscription-based software platform that enables businesses to collect and manage customer feedback and social proof through SMS, voice, and media interactions.

Capture provides software only. We do not provide telecommunications services directly.

Messaging & Consent

  • You will only send messages to recipients who have provided valid consent
  • You will comply with all applicable messaging laws (including TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and carrier policies)
  • You will honor opt-out requests immediately (e.g., STOP)

Acceptable Use

You may not use Capture to:

  • Send unsolicited or spam messages
  • Purchase, rent, or scrape contact lists
  • Send misleading or deceptive content
  • Engage in illegal or abusive activity

Subscription & Billing

Capture is billed as a monthly subscription with usage-based charges.

You are billed for: Phone numbers, Messages sent and received, Voice minutes, Media storage and delivery.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Data & Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content submitted through your account, including messages, voice recordings, and media.
